The website listed above, hereinafter referred to as "Website" is operated by the following party:

BAWDY LLC, an individual based in the state of Texas (hereinafter referred to as "Operator")

For any questions or comments regarding this Refund/Exchange Policy, customers may visit the following link: bawdyllc.godaddysites.com and scroll down to “Contact Us”.

NO refunds/exchanges are permitted on the sale of accessories, gear (NOT including apparel), digital products and programs. All sales are final.

Customers may request an exchange on items sold within 15 days after receiving your package. BAWDY LLC is only accepting the exchange of apparel items. No refunds will be issued at this time.

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Customers MUST contact servinbawdy@bawdyllc.com first. If your exchange is accepted, BAWDY LLC will send a return email with instructions to follow.

• Customers must return the item in its original packaging.
• The item must not be used.
• The item must not be damaged.
• The item must be returned with its original receipt.

If the above conditions are not met, Operator reserves the right to reject return and refund.

In case of approved exchange, Operator will pay shipping by providing a shipping label or refunding the additional cost of the shipping to Customer.

Exchanges on sale items are permissible and subject to the same conditions as exchanges on regularly priced items.

Exchange requests will be processed and accepted or denied.
